(More customer reviews)I wear between 6 1/2 and 7. In most sandle brands i wear a 6. the 6 is quite small and tight. My feet are too wide though i always buy normal width. I would definately go with the larger size if you vary between two. If i had sensitive soles i would not get these as the raised design on them isn't very comfortable. I wont be returning them to get a 7 as i'm not sure it would be worth the effort.
