(More customer reviews)This is the most adorable flip flop. I usually wear a 7. I ordered a 7 and it was to small. I sent it back and reordered a size 8. The down fall to the exchange is that they would not let me just exchange them (as according the the site, the error was on my end from odering the wrong size). I didn't care much for that, but my only options were to wait for them to receive the shoes I was returning and wait an additional 7-10 days after that for them to apply my refund or I could pay for another pair up front. I ordered the second pair while waiting on my refund on the first pair. So, at one point, I was out of pocket over $115.00 dollars for a pair of flip flops. I received the size 8 and to my surprise they even seem to still be a little small as well. I refuse to go through it all again. I have already spent 10.00 dollar more for them when adding in the first return shipping fee...and the shoes are already a little pricey. So, all in all, if you order these I suggest you get them in a size or even size and a 1/2 bigger than you would normally wear. The compliments you receive when wearing them will make it worth it in the end. So many people notice them and ask where I got them each time I wear them.
