The straps are a little tight at first, but I'm sure they'll stretch out; however, I would say that they run true to size. What I love about the sole is that it's cushy and has arch support (which a lot of flip flops don't have). I've bought Reef flip flops before and they end up hurting my feet after a long wear because the soles were hard and had no padding - not the case with these! They fit on my feet perfectly and I know they'll be cute for the summer with a pair of jeans or a summer dress. Get them!
