(More customer reviews)I have wore Reef flip flops for about 10 years now, the first ones were the best, they were black on top and gum rubber on the bottom, lasted five years. I replaced them with a Mick Fanning model with the bottle opener on the bottom, almost as good as the first pair, lasted about 3 years. A couple of problems with the bottle opener: it's gross, I would not drink where I walk (kind of like eat where you .....), second, it will scratch nice flooring and boat decks. I would not let people wear these on my boat, no gelcoat gouges please.
Scratch someone's boat deck and you'll probably be thrown overboard or at a minimum not be invited back again!
So I thought I would try the Reef Vison sandals... (no opener). The feel and fit was the same as the Mick Fanning's, and the holes in the sole provide a good amount of cushion. Cushion is king! I have watched rock concerts on my feet for several hours and prefer reef sandals to most of my shoes (expensive running shoes included).
