(More customer reviews)These sandals are adorable, however, one of them is defective. The strap is not tight in the back so it falls right off my foot. Unfortunately, I did not open them until 6 weeks after purchasing because the weather hasn't been warm enough to wear them. Now Amazon tells me I can't return without paying shipping costs and a 20% late fee. Other Reef sandals I have purchased in the past have been great, this time Reef disappoints me. Amazon also disappoints with such a narrow return policy. I don't think I will be ordering shoes online from Amazon again.
