(More customer reviews)I had ordered this product one time previously in orange and then did not need orange sandals and sent them back. Also the pair of orange ones I got had obviously been sent out previously because the internal packing was in bad shape, torn and put back on the sandals improperly and the "to be included gemstone" was missing. Back they went. Well, then I remembered that they HAD felt really good on my feet and I believe they are made of Lambskin and that was last year and this is this year, so I ordered a copper pair figuring that was a pretty generic color. Well, as before, when they arrived, the internal packing was a mess and the gemstone was missing. I thought that was no big deal. I could contact the manufacturer and plead for the gemstone and really, did I need a gemstone anyway. It was the LambSkin sandals I was dreaming of. So I popped them on for a 10 minute, in house, trial run just to make sure they still felt great and that these fit as well as I remembered. "Ouch!" I did not make it 10 minutes. I made it less than 5 minutes while trying them out. The little squares of leather attached to the T-Strap, LambSkin or not, hurt and scratched the tops of my feet. Actually, by the time I had gutsied it out and decided it just was not worth it, the little squares had dug tiny little holes in the tops of my feet. Off they came, back into the box and I sent for a return postal lable from Amazon. I did note for them that the gem was missing, the internal packaging indicated that the shoes had been out previously and were not nicely repacked in addition to the real complaint which was the holes in my feet. (A little hydrocortisone cream and those were gone the next day.) But here is my final take on them: LambSkin feels wonderful and the soles provide good support as advertized, but the whole shebang is not worth holes in the feet. I am not willing to "toughen up"...not at that price. I advise against them.
