(More customer reviews)I got these before I went out of town and wore them all day for one day and I don't recommend that at first. I recommend wearing them a little bit at a time until they get broken in. Good arch support, but the thong top is kind of tight on the top of my foot. I liked the Josie Flip Flops I got at the same time better than these.
