(More customer reviews)My daughter has the pink ones, and they are the only flip flops she's been able to wear. She has the size 9/10 toddler, and they did come with a heel strap. The heel straps stay on well, and don't hurt her feet. She loves them , and wants to wear them every day! We won't have to buy any more flips until next summer :)
