(More customer reviews)Simply put, I had been miserable suffering from plantar fasciitis. I am an avid flip-flop/sandal wearing guy and unless it's the middle of winter I was wearing them. Unfortunately they probably caused my foot problems and my doctor instructed me to stop wearing sandals until my foot pain subsided. After a few months I stumbled onto these through Amazon suggestions and I wouldn't be honest unless I said these have made a big improvement to my quality of life. Besides just being comfortable and well built sandals, they completely abated my plantar fasciitis pain. I have put a lot of time on these (7+ hours per day for the last few months) and they look barely worn. I have already bought another color to mix things up and started to buy the SOLE made insoles since they mimic the pattern on the sandals.
To address some of the partially negative reviews: Everyone's foot is different. I have tried other sandals that are made with arch support and simple these are the best ones for my feet. I suggest trying different brands until you find one that fits just right or have customs made for you.
