(More customer reviews)I've already contacted the company to tell them about the product I purchased. I bought this flip flop for my husband according to the size chart, XL 11-12, because he wears an 11, L is 9-10. The flip flop is about 2" too longer than needed in the front, he probably could've worn a L. Too late to exchange, we were headed to Mexico. He's been wearing them, but they look a little stupid being so long. Probably they're more like a size 13.
