(More customer reviews)I ordered plenty of times from Amazon. I rarely write reviews. Most of the items I was happy with. If something did not fit, I never had problems with getting a refund and/or doing an exhange. This was not the case with this company. Let me say, first of all, that if I had to rate the shoe itself I would give it a 5 as I liked it. That's why after ordering size 3 for my son and getting size 6 in error, I called the customer service and asked for an exchange. I explained the whole the situation and was assured that I'll get size 3 this time. I was shocked when after my second order of size 3, I got size 6. Absolutely unacceptable!!!!!
