I don't have a lot of flip flops and usually when I buy a pair, it's a present for somebody else. But these are for ME. I wandered into a local gift shop to check out a display of Vera Bradley bags and accessories. Right inside the door was a big basket of flip flops for a great sale price (sorry, Amazon) so how could I resist?
Now here's the thing, these pink ones are nice but mine are purple, with paisley soles and a two-toned purple flower on the straps. They're just gorgeous and yes, I know they're flip flops, but they really have better cushioning and support than my dollar store pair. And so very cute.
I'm expecting more hot weather here in New York before summer ends so I can wear them without getting cold feet. Today it rained and I didn't want to get them muddy so I left them home. I know, they're flip flops and water won't hurt them but still...
These are the best flip flops I ever had, and by far the cutest.
